Yes, this is a blog about motherhood - but when I find something this good, I have to share!

Last year, after hearing so many wonderful things about it, I tried Beautycounter for the first time and fell in love. I actually looked forward to my morning and night skin care routine. I have tried skin regimens in the past; use them for a couple weeks and then fall off the bandwagon and they end up in my drawer or linen closet and sit there forever. Not with these products. My skin literally drinks them. I love how my skin looks and feels.

This includes the over 1,400 chemicals banned or restricted in personal care products by the European Union, plus additional chemicals screened by Beautycounter and found to be of concern. AND they are all safe for pregnancy or nursing (something that is SO hard to find these days). There is so much that you have to stay away from especially skin care products while pregnant & nursing… not these. In fact, while I was pregnant with Siena, lovely pregnancy hormones got the best of my skin and I was able to battle them with the Countercontrol line and a few Counter+ products with the peace of mind that everything was safe. ((I have a great before & after in my Facebook group of what these powerhouse products did for my skin)).

Plus, I can enjoy all the wet and slobbery baby kisses without worrying about the ingredients in the products on my skin!

Life with 2 has been busy and I have even less time to dedicate to myself than I did before. But I have noticed a huge shift in not only my skin but in my mood. After taking a couple minutes in the morning to do my morning skin routine, I feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day (despite how many times I have been up the night before). And there is honestly something so satisfying and relaxing about taking those couple minutes at the end of the night to wash the day away; maybe put on a mask, overnight peel, some oil or moisturizer and treat myself.

Initially, I made the decision to become a consultant because I loved the products so much and I wanted to benefit from the consultant discount. Slowly, I began to share my love for these products with friends and family and with each person to try them I heard how much they love them too. I am sharing with you because they are that good, and there is truly nothing better than seeing someone feel beautiful.

I won’t ever try to sell you or pressure you to buy ((I am really not a great sales person)), but I truly believe in what this company stands for, their mission, how well the products work, their clean ingredients, and love the way they make me feel.
